统筹城乡体育发展视域下的“小城镇体育”与“农民工体育”

摘　　要：统筹城乡体育发展是我国实现由体育大国向体育强国转变的根本性战略。在统筹城乡体育发展的战略背景下,努力引导和促进"小城镇体育"与"农民工体育"与城市社区体育的交流与发展具有重要意义。"小城镇体育"与"农民工体育"既是统筹城乡体育发展的中间地带,又是统筹城乡体育发展的薄弱环节。文章从"小城镇体育"与"农民工体育"的概念辨析与价值判断出发,探讨了二者在理论研究中存在的困惑与误区,分析了二者与城市体育发展的关联与互动,思考并重新提出了"小城镇体育"与"农民工体育"在实践中与城市体育的统筹发展策略。The strategy of urban and rural sports development together is the basic to change from big to strong sports country.Under the background of co-ordinate strategy for sports development in urban and rural areas,it have great value to guide and promote the small town sports and peasant-workers sports communicate and integrate with the city sports.Small towns sports and peasant-workers sports is the middle zone and weaknesses in the strategy of urban and rural sports development together.This article discussed the concept analysis and value judgments for small town sports and peasant-workers sports,then the existing confusion and errors in theory,analysis the connection and communication with city sports,check and re-supply the development strategy for small towns sports and peasant-workers sports together with city sports.
