摘 要:酚醛树脂水溶液是为改善油田深部调剖剂的耐温耐盐性能而合成的一种新型调剖剂,其在水中的分散稳定性直接关系到深部调剖效果。采用扫描电镜法、动态光散射法、浊度法和粘度测定方法研究了该溶液中酚醛树脂分子聚集体的分散稳定性。结果表明,酚醛树脂在去离子水中分散时,其分子聚集体的平均流体力学直径为102~116nm。酚醛树脂分子聚集体的平均流体力学直径、酚醛树脂水溶液的浊度随溶液中NaCl质量浓度的增加而增大;聚集体的Zeta电位随NaCl质量浓度的增加而减小,溶液的分散稳定性降低;二价阳离子对溶液分散稳定性的影响大于一价阳离子。去离子水中酚醛树脂溶液的高温稳定性较好;NaCl质量浓度低于3 000mg/L,酚醛树脂的分散稳定性较好,随着NaCl质量浓度增加,分散稳定性交差。因此,酚醛树脂水溶液具有较好的分散稳定性。Phenol-formaldehyde resin(PF resin) aqueous solution was a kind of novel profile controlling agent because o f its high temperature and salt resistance.Results showed that the stability of its dispersion in water was closely related to its profile controlling and flooding effect. The dispersion stability of PF resin aggregates dispersed in water was studied by Scanning electron microscope(SEM ),dynamic light scattering(DLS),turbidity measurement and viscosity measurement.The results showed that PF resin solution in deionized water were stable dispersion system,and the size of the molecular aggregates was 102-116nm.The size of PF resin molecular aggregates and turbidity of PF resin aqueous solution enhanced while salt concentration increased in the solution.On the contrary,zeta potential of the molecular aggregates decreased with increasing of salt concentration in the solution,and the dispersion stability of the solution declined accordingly. The influence of bivalent cation to the stability was larger than monovalent cation.Results also indicated that the dispersion stability of PF resin in deionized water at high temperature was good and the dispersion stability is satisfied at salt concentration of less than 3000mg/L.
