摘  要:低渗透油藏压裂开发产能影响因素研究对经济有效地动用低渗透储量具有重要的理论和实际的指导意义。以低渗透油藏压裂开发的非线性流动特征和物理概念为基础,建立了反映低渗透油藏五点井网压裂过程的物理模型,推导出考虑启动压力梯度的产能公式。通过实例计算,研究了裂缝长度、裂缝角度、导流能力和启动压力梯度等因素对压裂产能的影响。结果表明,裂缝半长越长产能越高,当裂缝半长大于60m时,对产能的影响较小;裂缝的导流能力越大产能越高,但是当裂缝导流能力超过60μm^2·cm时,产能增加不明显;压裂裂缝角度小于30°时效果较好,裂缝角度继续增加,则产能下降明显;启动压力梯度越大,产能越小。因此压裂井在投产时,应合理优选压裂缝半长、裂缝角度和导流能力。The study on influential factors for five-spot fracturing well pattern in low permeability oil reservoirs has great theoretical and practical significance to develop extra-low permeability reservoirs economically and effectively.Based on nonlinear flow behavior and the hydraulic fracturing of five-spot pattern in low permeability oil reservoirs,three physical models and the productivity formula with the TPG are obtained.The factors affecting the productivity,such as fracture half length,fracture dip,flow conductivity and TPG,are analyzed.The calculated results of this model show that the productivity rises with the increase of fracture half length and flow conductivity.However, when the fracture half length is increased to 60m and the fracture flow conductivity is above 60μm^2·cm,their effects upon the productivity become less obvious.The development performance is good when the fracture dip is less than 30°,while the productivity declines quickly.The start-up pressure gradient has influenced the productivity greatly.The rational selection of fracture half length,fracture dip and flow conductivity are strongly recommended when a hydraulic fracturing well is put into production.
