摘 要:针对低渗透裂缝型油藏地层能量低、注入水平面单向突进、剖面尖峰状吸水较普遍、注采调控难度大等问题,提出"垫堵调封相结合"的治理思路,采用不同成胶强度的调剖体系。在中国某油田长6油藏(温度为60℃)现场注入水的条件下,利用相对分子质量较低、粘度高、剪切稀释性好、粘弹性好、静置后内部结构增强的ZND-5作为调剖体系主剂,通过交联体系的筛选,研制出成胶强度为25 000~100 000mPa·s、成胶时间为6~72h、满足大剂量注入要求的新型调剖体系。原子力显微镜观察显示该调剖体系具有三维网状结构,经过多孔介质剪切后,粘度保留率高,长期稳定性好,且封堵率达到99%以上,为该类油藏的调剖治理奠定了基础。In response to the problems of peak shape of water absorption profile of low permeability fractured reservoir,and water flooding recklessly by one-way,and low formation energy,the injection and recovery control is very difficult,therefore the thorough combination treatment of padding,plugging,adjusting and sealing is proposed by using different intensity profile control system.For the reservoir temperature at 60℃and under actual field injection conditions,the ZND-5,which has the advantages of low molecular weight,high viscosity,good shear thinning and strengthening the internal structure after standing,is utilized to compose a new profile control system,whose gel forming time is 6-72 hours and strength is 25 000-100 000 mPa·s,by screening cross-linking agents and cross-linking additives.The profile control agent can meet the injection requirements.Under the atomic force microscope(AFM),it has three dimensional net structure, and after porous media shear test,its viscosity retention rate is high,long-term stability is good,plugging rate is more than 98%.It offers a foundation for the treatment of profile control for this kind of reservoirs.
