摘 要:本研究以价格低廉的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)边角回收料作为生物可降解材料——聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)的改性材料,并对材料的结构和性能进行了研究。力学性能测试表明:以离聚体作为相容剂,在相容剂含量为1份,PVB用量为60phr时,改性材料也依然可以保持比较好的性能。DSC表明:低含量PVB使得PBAT的结晶温度向高温方向偏移,结晶度也随之降低。SEM表明:相容剂的加入大大地改善了两者之间的相容性。不同相容剂的强弱顺序依次为:离聚物>EMH4210>EMH3210>POE-g-MAH。The mechanical properties and miscibility of the poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) modified by recycle leftover polyvinyl butyral (PVB) were investigated. The results show that tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of blends maintained a good level when the content of ionomer (sudyn) was l phr, the content of polyvinyl butyral was 60 phr. DSC indicated that the crystallinity temperature of blends increased with polyvinyl butyral increasing when the dosage of polyvinyl butyral was at a lower level ; The crystalinity degree of blends reduced with addition of polyvinyl butyral. SEM also indicated that the miscibility between PBAT and polyvinyl butyral was improved obviously when the compatibilizer was used in the blends, The experiments showed that the efficiency of compatibilizers was ionomer 〉 EMH4210 〉 EMH3210 〉 POE-g-MAH.
