摘 要:通过对不同时期银杏根、茎、叶中8种主要元素的含量分析,研究了不同器官中营养元素含量的季节动态.结果表明,不同器官中各元素浓度随器官生长发育而呈现规律性变化,叶、枝、梢的需养期具有重叠的特点,5月初到6月中旬是各种器官需养的关键期.6月中旬到7月上旬叶片中各种营养元素含量变化相对稳定,是叶分析的最佳时期.平均而言,不同器官中N,P,K含量均是N>K>P,叶中含N最高,枝中含P,K最高,根中N,P,K含量均相对较低;微量元素各器官中均是Fe>Mn>Zn,根中Fe,Mn和Zn的含量最高。Eight nutrient elements in root,current shoot and leaf of Ginkgo biloba were analyzed through the growing period. The results showed that the concentrations of nutrient elements in different vegetative organs varied with the growing course, but the period of their nutrient uptake overlaped to some extent, and all them uptook more nutrient elements from the beginning of May to the middle of June. From the middle of June to the beginning of July the most of nutrient elements in leaf had a variation with little fluctuation, so it's a good time for nutrition inspection. Through the whole season, the average concentration of macroelements in different vegetative organs was all N>K>P, and there was a higher concentration of N in leaf, but higher concentration of P and K in current shoots. For microelements, the concentration was all Fe>Mn>Zn, and they were all the highest in root.
