摘　　要：简要介绍了国内首台最大壁厚板焊结构热壁反应器在洛阳分公司2200kt/a蜡油加氢处理装置上的应用背景。对加氢反应器的选型、选材、制造、无损检测等情况进行了详细介绍,并经过开工及运用检验,该反应器采用板焊热壁结构是完全可行的。This paper briefly introduces the application background of the first home-made plate-welding type hot wall hydrogen reactor using the thickest steel plate in 220×104t/h wax oil hydro-treating set of Luoyang Petrochemical Corporation.It particularizes the selection of hydrogen reactor's type,material,manufacture and scatheless testing.The reactor has also passed the start working and application test.It is proved that the reactor which adopts the plate-welding type hot wall is completely viable.
