血浆脑利钠肽水平在不完全性川崎病早期诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:对我院收治的川崎病(KD)患儿进行临床对照试验,探讨血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)对诊断不完全KD的价值。方法:选取住院治疗的典型KD和不完全KD患儿各20例,分别于急性期采集样本,检测血浆BNP水平,CRP、ESR等指标,并随机选取20例正常儿童建立对照组,对比血BNP在3组中是否存在统计学差异,与CRP是否存在线性相关。结果:2组KD病例中,急性期血浆BNP总体均数高于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,且与CRP存在显著正相关。结论:血浆BNP的水平在急性期不完全KD患儿中有明显增高,具特异性。检测血浆BNP可以提高急性期早期诊断的检出率,有助于不完全KD的诊断。Objective：To discuss the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） in incomplete Kawasaki disease（KD）.Method：Twenty hospitalization cases with typical KD and 20 cases with incomplete KD children were selected in our study.The acute phase serum samples from patients were collected to make some laboratory test in typical KD and incomplete cases,including of plasma BNP,CRP,ESR.20 cases of normal children were randomly selected as a control group.Result：There was no significant difference in age between the KD group and the incomplete KD group.For the two groups of KD patients,the levels of plasma BNP（lg） were higher than the normal control group.There was a significant positive linear correlation between BNP and CRP（r=0.42,P0.01）.Conclusion：In the acute stage of KD,the levels of plasma BNP was significantly different from normal controls,and the difference is specific,which makes them valuable to be regarded as diagnostic value of incomplete KD.
