摘　　要：目的:通过对浙江省某三甲医院平均住院日现状的研究,分析影响平均住院日的原因,从而对有效控制医院平均住院日提出相应的措施,科学合理地缩短医院的平均住院日。方法:用Excel对医院平均住院日相关数据进行描述性分析,运用比较分析法将某医院情况与47所综合性医院进行比较。结果:浙江省某三甲医院2003～2009年平均住院日总体呈下降趋势,与全国47家综合医院相比,2008年平均住院日的百分位水平在50%～75%之间,不同科室的平均住院日水平各不相同。结论:通过不同对象之间的横向比较分析,可以发现医院平均住院日的控制水平,有利于正确认识影响医院平均住院日的因素。Objectives：To analyze the status of average length of stay in one tertiary general hospital in Zhejiang province and its influence factors and to find effective approach to scientific shortening average length of stay. Methods：Description analysis about average length of stay was developed by Excel and the status of average length of stay in selected hospital and other 47 general hospitals were compared. Results：The average length of stay in selected general hospital totally decreased during 2003 to 2009. Compared with the other 47 general hospitals,the percentile of average length of stay was between 50% -75% in 2008 and different department got different average length of stay. Conclusions：With the comparison analysis between different hospitals,the influence factors of average length of stay could be found and average length of stay could be scientifically controlled.
