摘　　要：北京医院工会、共青团、妇工委在分析医院人员构成后,根据自身特点,通过开展多种争创活动自然与行风建设融为一体,使广大职工在日常工作中不忘宗旨、坚定信念、恪守医德、岗位成才。Based on the analysis of staff structure of Beijing hospital,the labor union,communist youth league and women＇s work committee developed multiple activities to integrate activities and professional moral construction. The activities could help hospital staff remembering hospital mission,strengthening professional faith,adhere to medical ethic and make success in post.
