摘　　要：介绍了雇主认证体系的产生背景、近年来的发展动态及趋势,国内航空、航天企业对NAS 410标准的需求。说明了NAS 410标准的主要内容和其在中国的应用情况,并对NAS 410标准与国内现行标准内容及应用形式上的差异作了说明。The background of employer qualification and certification system,the process of developing,and the requirement of aerospace corporations for NAS 410 for aerospace corporations were introduced.The main content of NAS 410,the application in China and the difference between standards used in China and NAS 410 were explained.
