摘　　要：通过对校园体育文化现状的调查,认为目前校园体育文化在制度文化建设、精神文化建设、物质文化建设等方面远不能满足学校体育现代化的要求,在人才培养过程中也没有发挥应有的作用。针对校园体育文化建设存在的问题,从社会层面、教育主管部门、学校领导、体育教师、学生本身等几个层面提出相应的对策,以期进一步加强校园体育文化建设,丰富校园体育文化内涵,加速现代化校园体育文化的进程。The relationship and interaction between school education and sports modernization,school sports culture and modern school sports culture are presented in this paper.How to establish modern school sports culture is discussed from the aspects of sports spirit,system and material.According to the survey,it is agreed that it is far from enough that present school sports culture meets the needs of cultivating the personnel and the requirements of modernization in school sports culture in the construction of system culture,energetic culture and material culture.To enrich the content of school sports culture and to accelerate the developing of it,some measures by the society,education office,school principle,P.E teachers and students themselves should be taken to the existing problems.
