摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法子宫内膜异位症造模成功大鼠4周后随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组给予米非司酮灌胃3周(0.62 mg/d)后,分别取子宫异位内膜组织,采用免疫组化法检测TNF-α蛋白的表达,并采用实时荧光PCR分析(real-ti me fluorescent quantitative,RT-PCR)法检测TNF-αmRNA的含量。结果实验组异位内膜组织中TNF-α蛋白表达及TNF-αmRNA含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗EMs的机制可能与抑制TNF-α的表达有关。Objective To explore the effects of mifepristone on the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） in endometriosis rat models.Methods Endometriosis model rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Experimental rats were given 3 weeks of oral administration of mifepristone.Expression of TNF-α in ectopic uterine endometrial tissue and endometrium in both groups were determined by immunohistochemical method,and TNF-α mRNA in both groups were measured by Real-time PCR.Results Expression of TNF-α in ectopic endometrial tissue was significant lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The efficiency of mifepristone on endometriosis may be related with the decreasing expression of TNF-α.
