摘 要:充分考虑湿式多片制动器多构层、有间隙的结构特点,采用间隙单元建立了湿式多片制动器衬片压力分布的有限元分析模型,并通过台架试验验证了该有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上,利用有限单元法进一步探讨了湿式多片制动器多种结构参数对衬片压力分布的影响规律,并针对湿式多片制动器设计原则和方法提出了一些新观点。The failure of a wet multidisc brake is caused by nonrational lining pressure distribution leading to great temperature gradient. Considering the structural characters of wet multidisc brake that consists of many layers and gaps between steel plates and friction plates, a finite element model on lining pressure distribution of wet multidisc brake was established with gap elements. The experiments in laboratory verified the accuracy of the model. Based on this model, authors analyzed the influence of some structural parameters on initial pressure distributions by the finite element method. The results show that the structural shape of the piston is the key factor reducing the difference of lining pressure distribution between steel plates and friction plates. The optimal pattern of the piston can make all lining pressures approach to the ideal pressure distribution, and avoid the occurrence of high local temperatures that stem from thermomechanical phenomena between friction pairs. In order to achieve the uniform temperature distribution along the radial direction of steel plates, a new isothermal design rule is proposed for wet multidisc brake.
