摘　　要：本文报道用反相离子抑制色谱法测定硬脂酸中十六酸和十八酸含量,方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。作者还初步归纳了硬脂酸工业品中十六酸和十八酸及杂质含量与产品级别、碘值之间的相互关系。This paper reports the quantitative determination of hexadecoic acid and octad-ecanoic acid in stearic acid by reversed-phase ion suppression high performance liquid chrom-atography. This method is simple, easy, rapid and accurate. It is primarily found that the amount of hexadecoic acid and octadecanoic acid and impurity in stearic acid is consistent with the quality grade and iodine value.
