摘　　要：随着医院的医疗科研的高速发展，医院的传统的科研管理工作方式逐渐滞后于医院科研工作的发展，所以开发一套符合医院自身情况的科研信息管理系统是医院科研管理走向信息化、网络化的重要步骤。本系统基于J2EE技术，MVC架构，Microsoft SQL Server作为数据库支撑。除基本的对科技信息库资料进行统计、查询、修改、删除等功能外，还具有图表分析、数据向EXCEL导入、导出功能。系统的上线，使医院科技管理部的工作人员摆脱了传统烦琐的手工整理信息资料的方式，而且更便于医院管理者了解医院科研状况，更好的制定决策。With the rapid development of the hospital＇s medical research,the hospital management of traditional research methods are lagging behind the development of scientific research work in hospitals,so the hospital＇s own situation to develop a line of research information management system for hospital management to information technology research,network an important step.The system is based on J2EE technology, MVC architecture,Microsoft SQL Server as the database support.ln addition to basic scientific and technological information base on statistical data,query modify and delete function,but also with chart analysis,the data to EXCEL import,export functions.System on line,so the hospital staff of the Department of Technology Management from the traditional cumbersome manual sorting information the way and easier to understand the Hospital and Scientific Research of hospital managers,better decision making.
