痤疮丙酸杆菌对中药痤疮饮敏感性的探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药痤疮饮对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制作用。方法:采用琼脂稀释法检测自制中药痤疮饮、红霉素、米诺环素、克林霉素对痤疮丙酸杆菌敏感性。结果:痤疮饮MIC为8.32～33.28?/ml,红霉素、米诺环素、克林霉素MIC分别为≤0.5μg/ml、2μg/ml、4μg/ml,痤疮饮与3种抗菌素最终浓度相近。结论:中药痤疮饮与红霉素、米诺环素、克林霉素作用相同,均具有良好的抑菌效果。Objective：To observe the inhibition effect of self-obtained oral liquid of Cuo Chuang Yin on propionibacterium acnes.Methods：Use agar dilution method to detect the sensitivity of self-obtained oral liquid of Cuo Chuang Yin,erythromycin,minocycline,and clindamycin to propionibacterium acnes.Result ：The MIC of oral liquid of Cuo Chuang Yin is 8.32-33.28 mg/ml,and the MIC of erythromycin,minocycline and clindamycin are respectively≤0.5μg/ml,2μg/ml,4μg/ml.The oral liquid of Cuo Chuang Yin and three antibiotics have the similar final concentration.Conclusion：Oral liquid of Cuo Chuang Yin have the same effect with erythromycin,minocycline and clindamycin.The inhibition effects of these drugs are all good.
