摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者心率变异(HRV)与血清胱抑素C(CysC)的关系及其临床意义。方法:将住院100例2型糖尿病患者,按照CysC水平分为CysC正常组(C1)(44例),CysC增高组(C2)(56例),并选取正常健康人(30例)作为对照组(N),分别测定血清胱抑素C水平,采用动态心电图分析仪进行24 h动态心电图监测心率变异中SDNN、SDANN、SDNNI、rMSSD、PNN50等指标。结果:①2型糖尿病C2及C1组HRV指标SDNN、SDANN均明显低于正常对照组,且C2且明显低于C1组(P<0.01)。②2型糖尿病C2组较C1组患者HRV指标SDNNIr、MSSD、PNN50有进一步下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能改变与胱抑素C水平有相关性。Objective: To investigate the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV) and serum Cystatin C(CysC) in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods: According to different serum Cystatin C,100 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups as normal CysC(group C1,n=44) and high CysC(group C2,n=56) groups,while 30 healthy adults were selected as control group(group N,n=42).By continuous 24-hour dynamic electrocardiography,the indicators of HRV as SDNN,SDNN index,SDANN index,RMSSD,and PNN50 were recorded.Results: ① SDNN and SDANN in group C1 and C2 decreased more significantly than in group N,and those in group C2 were significantly lower than in group C1(all P〈0.05).② There was no difference in SDNNI,RMSSD and PNN50 between group C1 and C2,but these indices decreased more significantly in group C2 than in group N,and the difference has statistical significance(all P〈0.05).Conclusion: Altered autonomic nervous function may be associated with altered serum Cystatin C in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
