彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)和多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法:34例甲状腺癌患者术前行CDUS及MSCT的检查,并与其病理组织学检查对照。结果:CDUS及MSCT诊断甲状腺癌的符合率分别为69.39%和75.51%,两者之间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.46,P>0.05);两者并用诊断的符合率为91.84%,分别与其中单独一种方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT对甲状腺癌定性诊断正确率高于CDUS。CDUS对甲状腺癌病灶的检出率高于MSCT。两者结合可提高诊断甲状腺癌的准确性。Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasonography（CDUS） and multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） for thyroid carcinoma.Methods： Thirty-four cases of thyroid carcinoma before operation underwent CDUS and MSCT examinations.The results of CDUS and MSCT imaging were compared with those of pathology.Results： The final diagnostic rate of thyroid carcinoma with CDUS was 69.39%,and with MSCT was 75.51%,respectively,which showed no statistically significant difference（χ^2=0.46,P〉0.05）.The final diagnostic rate of thyroid carcinoma with combination of CDUS and MSCT diagnosis was 91.84%.Respectively,compared with each of them（CDUS or MSCT） alone,combination of CDUS and MSCT diagnosis increased the final diagnostic rate（P〈0.05,respectively）.Conclusion： MSCT is more accurate in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma than CDUS.But CDUS better than MSCT in finding lesions of thyroid carcinoma.The diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma will be more accurate when CDUS is combined with MSCT.
