活血消瘿片治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:观察活血消瘿片治疗结节性甲状腺肿(简称"结甲")的疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法:采用随机单盲对照法,将符合入选标准的结甲患者86例,分为2组,试验组(n=43)予以活血消瘿片,对照组(n=43)予以优甲乐治疗,总疗程均为6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后总疗效、甲状腺体积及其结节直径、甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4、sTSH)水平等。结果:疗程结束时,可供统计的有效病例:活血消瘿片组41例,优甲乐组40例。活血消瘿片组总有效率为87.9%,优甲乐组总有效率为47.5%,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组甲状腺的体积和结节最大直径均较治疗前降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组间甲状腺的体积无显著性差异(P>0.05);而结节的最大直径,活血消瘿片组缩小程度大于优甲乐组(P<0.05)。结论:中药活血消瘿片治疗结节性甲状腺肿优于优甲乐。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of a traditional Chinese medicine,Huoxuexiaoying pills,on the treatment of nodular goiter patients.Methods： Eighty-six cases of nodular goiter were divided randomly and equally into Huoxuexiaoying pills group and Euthyrox group（control group）.The outcomes were evaluated by the effective rate,thyroid function（FT3,FT4,and TSH levels） and the sizes of the thyroids and nodules which were measured by ultrasound before and after the treatment.Results： At the end of the 6-month follow-up,the clinical data of 41 cases in Huoxuexiaoying group and 40 cases in control group were available for statistical analysis.The total effective rate was 87.9% in the Huoxuexiaoying group,which was higher than 47.5% in control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,both the average volume of thyroid and the maximum diameter of nodule were reduced obviously in the two groups（all P〈0.05）,and the Huoxuexiaoying group had greater effect than the control group on reducing the maximum diameter of nodule（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effect of Huoxuexiaoying pills on nodular goiter is better than that of Euthyrox tablets.
