摘  要:丹江口大坝位于湖北省。该坝已历经40余年,运行完好。在大坝建设初期,长江科学院曾派人前往现场进行大量的取样和试验工作。试验结果发现,采集到的砂和各级砾石中均含有活性骨料-燧石。由于采取的措施得当,在历经40余年后,在大坝上没有发现任何碱骨料反应破坏的痕迹。针对大坝混凝土中所含骨料的碱活性,进行了一系列研究:测试混凝土芯样的力学性能;检查是否有碱骨料反应的发生;将芯样试件置于一定条件养护后,验证其是否发生碱骨料反应。采取的微观分析手段为扫描电镜微观分析(SEMA)和能谱分析(EDSA)。通过对混凝土芯样进行微观测试与分析,得出为了大坝的长期耐久性以及安全性,除采取初期措施以外,还应该加强大坝的抗渗性。The Danjiangkou Dam is a 40-years old dam in Hubei province. In the 40 years running, the whole Dam is functioning properly. During the initial construction, vast experiments were made by the Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute and the experimental results showed that a sort of active aggregate - flint was contained in concrete and relevant measures were put forward to prevent the happening of the Alkali-Aggregate Reaction (AAR) in the concrete. And any alkali-aggregate reaction deterioration haven't been found after the 40 years running of the dam. Because of the using of the reactive aggregate during the construction, there are many important studies have been done, such as testing the physical performance of the old concrete and checking whether the reaction of the reactive aggregate occurred, investigating whether the AAR of core sample occurred after curing in certain conditions. Microscopic examination methods, Scanning Electron Microscope Analysis (SEMA) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometry Analyses (EDSA), were adopted in the identification of the AAR. From the Microscopic tests and analysis of concrete core sample, it is concluded that, for long-term durability and safety of the Danjingkou dam, the impermeability of the dam should be enhanced.
