摘　　要：本文重点讲述了中国石油电子公文系统的一些实用的推广方法和具体实现做法,这些做法不单单适用于该系统,也同样适应于其他软件的推广使用,对软件的推广应用有一定的参考价值。此外还简要介绍了该系统的功能,管理和软件组件介绍。This paper introduced about the Office Automation of Petrochina of practical realization of extension methods and specific practices that not only applies to the system also adapted to promote the use of other software, the popularization and application of software has some reference value. In addition, a brief description of the functionality of the system, management, and software components description.
