摘　　要：临床医学八年制专业实施阶段导师制是培养少数高层次医学人才的重要措施,现就临床医学八年制阶段导师制的实施方法、阶段导师的工作职责、阶段导师制的保障措施及实施意义方面进行探索与思考。The staged tutorial system for eight-year clinical medicine program is an important method to foster a few high-level medical professional talents. We evaluate the staged tutorial system for eight-year clinical medicine program focusing on the methods and measures,the tutor responsibilities of different stages and the significance of the implementation of staged tutorial system for eight-year clinical medicine program.
