彻底清创术对手外伤感染愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨彻底清创术对手外伤感染及愈合的影响。方法对87例手外伤病人在彻底清创前、后做细菌培养,总结细菌培养的阳性率、阴性率及伤口愈合率。结果清创术前细菌培养的阳性率、阴性率分别为95.4%、4.6%,术后分别为8.0%和92.0%。伤口Ⅰ期愈合率97.7%(85例),Ⅱ期愈合率2.3%(2例)。经卡方检验,χ2=132.9,P<0.01,有明显统计学差异。结论彻底清创术是降低手外伤术后感染的有效手段。Objective To investigate the influence of thorough debridement upon the healing of hand trauma infection. Methods The bacterial culture was carried out in 87 cases of hand trauma before and after thorough debridement, and the positive rate and the negative rate of bacterial culture and the rate of wound healing were observed. Results The positive rate and the negative rate of bacterial culture were 95.4% and 4.6% before thorough debridement,and 8.0% and 92.0% after thorough debridement,respectively. The wound healing rate of stage I was 97.7%（85 cases）and that of stage Ⅱ was 2.3%（2 cases）. The chi-square test showed X^2= 132.9,P〈0.01 ,with a significant difference. Conclusion Thorough debridement is an effective means of reducing postoperative hand trauma infection.
