摘　　要：通过文献分析、访谈和开放式问卷调查,编制了适用于中国文化背景的高校教师职业倦怠问卷。在探索性因素分析(n=321)的基础上,提取出"情绪疲劳、认知衰竭、人际疏远和价值衰竭"四个因素;进一步的验证性因素分析(n=316)结果表明,上述四个维度构成的高校教师职业倦怠结构模型稳定且可靠,该问卷的信度和效度都达到了心理测量学的要求。On the basis of literature analysis, interviews, and questionnaires, we developed the Chinese Col- lege Teachers＇ Job Burnout Inventory （ CCTJBI）. Explorative factor analysis （n = 321 ） has displayed four factors in our inventory： emotional fatigue, cognitive exhaustion, interpersonal alienation, and the value exhaustion. The results of confirmatory factor analysis （n= 316） indicate that the reliability and vali＇dity of the questionnaire have mot psychometric requirements, and the four-dimensional model of the Chinese collegiate teachers＇ bob burnout is reliable.
