人造血管内瘘在血液透析中的应用与护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者应用人造血管内瘘和其使用过程中的护理要点。方法对6例行人造血管内瘘患者的应用及护理进行总结。结果 6例患者实施人造血管移植术后,血流通畅。2例术后出现瘘管部位皮肤感染,经抗炎、加强营养支持治疗后痊愈。结论做好人造血管内瘘患者的护理工作,有其重要作用。Objective To study the application and nursing points of internal fistula of vascular pros- thesis in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 6 patients with internal fistula of vascular prosthesis and nursing was summarized. Results After 6 patients was treated with artificial blood vessel graft,the blood flow of shunt was normal. The 2 patents had skin infection in fistula, which had been treated by anti-inflammatory and nutritional support. Conclusion It is important to do well nursing work to patients with internal fistula of vascu- lar prosthesis.
