摘　　要：区域经济发展是当下中国重要的理论和实践课题,法学上对之关注较少。从法理学角度为区域经济发展提供理论指引,以法理考量作为区域经济发展的法治起点,分析区域经济发展应当重视的基础性问题,有助于引导区域经济发展法律规制,促进区域经济发展法治化,使区域经济发展成果得以共享。Though the regional economic development is a major topic in theory and practice, there is less concern from jurisprudence. In fact, the jurisprudence can offer theoretical guidelines and act as a start of ruling of law to analyze the fundamental issues in favor of guiding regulations of law and promoting legitimatization so as to share the achievements of regional economic development.
