摘 要:1998年长江发生了本世纪仅次于1954年的全流域大洪水。这次洪水的发生又一次引起全国各界乃至世界的关注,三峡工程对1998年洪水的防洪能起到什么样的作用。在分析三峡工程防洪功能的分析中,将三峡工程防洪库容221.5亿m3划分为3个部分,并针对1998年洪水设想了3种调度方案。根据1998年洪水初步的资料,按照以上调度方式进行了模拟调度运算。结果表明,如果有了三峡工程,1998年长江中下游洪水位将大幅度降低,防汛情势将有质的变化。In 1998, the second biggest flood in this century in the Yangtze occurred, which was only less than 1954 flood. The occurrence of this flood once more attracted the attention of various circles in China as well as even in the world. What role can the Three Gorges Project play in flood fighting to 1998 flood. In the analysis of TGPs flood control function, 22.15 billion m 3 of flood control reservoir capacity is divided into 3 portions and 3 flood regulation schemes are supposed for the 1998 flood. According to the preliminary data of 1998 flood, the simulated flood regulation is carried out with the above schemes. The results show that if 1998 flood were regulated by TGP, the flood levels in the middle and lower stretch of Yangtze would have lowered substantially and the flood fighting situation would have been changed essentially.
