黄河潼关至三门峡河段塌岸治理分析

摘　　要：黄河三门峡库区潼关至三门峡河段，受水库运用和来水来沙的影响，塌岸比较严重，虽经多年治理，但目前仍存在许多问题，重点塌岸段还没有得到控制，塌村塌站现象仍时有发生。在分析了水库修建以来不同运用时段和不同河段的塌岸情况之后，提出了开展治理投资体制、补偿政策研究的建议，针对不同河段的塌岸特点，提出了不同的治理措施。There is severe bank collapse in the reach of Tongguan to Sanmenxia in the Sanmenxia reservoir area of the Yellow River owing to influences of incoming water and sediment as well as the reservoir operation model. Lots of problems are still existing with uncontrol of bank collapse in key sites and reaches and often collapse of villages and stations happened though it has been experienced controlling work construction for many years. Based on analysis of situations of bank collapse in different time and reaches after the reservoir constructed, study of compensate policy and system for collapse control are suggested, and various management treatments for different reaches according bank collapse characteristics are put forward.
