摘　　要：恐怖主义是阻碍人类发展进步的重要因素,给世界各国人民带来了巨大的痛苦。反对恐怖主义是21世纪人类社会的重要任务,世界各国轰轰烈烈开展了反恐大战。中国同样受到了恐怖主义的威胁,在建设社会主义现代化过程中,必须高举反恐大旗。加强反恐立法,建立有效的反恐机制,发动群众反恐,完善反洗钱措施,切断恐怖组织的经济来源,进一步落实党的少数民族政策,加强反恐国际合作。Terrorism is a major factor of impeding the progress in human development and has brought tremendous suffering to the people of the world.Anti-terrorism is the important task for all countries in the world in 21st century.They have launched a vigorous war to fight against the terrorism.China is also under the threat of terrorism.we must hold the banner of anti-terrorism and build a set of systems such as strengthening anti-terrorism legislation,establishing the effective anti-terrorism mechanism,mobilizing the consciousness of mass,improving the anti-money-laundering measurement,and destroying the communication of those terrorist organizations as well as the implementing of the ethnic policy and the international cooperation.
