摘　　要：术前健康状况综合评定、心理护理，并发症的预防、功能锻炼，减少病人的痛苦，最大限度地恢复关节功能。综述近些年来的人工膝关节置换术护理进展。Before technique, state of health synthesis evaluation, psychological nursing, complication prevention, function exercise, reduces patient＇s pain, maximum limit restores the joint function. The summary artificial knee joint recent year replaces the technique nursing progress.
