摘　　要：先天性髋关节脱位，也称作发育性髋关节脱住，主要是髋臼，股骨近端和关节囊等均存在发育上缺陷而致关节的不稳定，导致发展为髋关节的脱位，婴儿的先天性髋关节发育不良发病率从1‰～3．9‰不等。不同的种族，地区发病情况差别很大，我国六大城市对新生儿调查结果平均发病率为3．9‰，女多于男，约为4：1，左侧比右侧多见，约为1：10，双侧者较少，现将我科2001年至2010年收治的15例发育性髋关节脱位患儿的护理报告如下。Congenital thurl dislocation, is also called as the growth thud dislocation, is mainly the acetabulum, the thighbone near-end and the ligamentum capoulare and so on has in the growth the flaw to send the joint not to be unstable, causes the development for the thurl dislocation , baby＇s congenital thurl maldevelopment disease incidence rate from 1‰ 3.9‰ different. The different race, the local morbidity situation difference is very big, our country six big cities to the newborn survey result average disease incidence rate are 3.9‰, the female is more than male, approximately is 4：1, left side sees compared to right flank, approximately is 1：10, two--sided few , from 2001 15 example growth thurl dislocation baby＇s nursing report which to 2010 admitted is presently as follows my branch.
