摘  要:为简化设计,对留模方向确定、单顶出机构、多顶出机构、气动顶出机构进行分析,提出了材料的热收缩率、制件在模具上的摩擦面积、真空度是影响制品留模方向的关键因素。在顶出机构设计部分,为模具的顶出机构配合段结构形式、配合段长度、导向段以及约束设计方面提供了一系列的设计方法。顶出脱模机构设计核心思想是减少摩擦,提高机构的灵活性,方便顺利实现脱模,提高模具使用效率。The part holding direction, single ejector mechanism, multi-ejector mechanism, and pneumatic ejecting mechanism were all analyzed in order to simplify the die structure. It was put forward that thermal shrinkage, friction areas between part and mold, vacuum de- gree were the key factors to determine the part holding direction. A series of design methods about ejecting mechanism were provided such as the fitting form design, fit length design, guiding sector design as well as constraint design. The core design idea of mold ejecting mechanism was to reduce friction and improve the flexibility of the mechanism in order to realize smooth ejection of the parts and enhance the efficiency of the mold as well.
