EXPERIMENT ON PYROLYSIS PRODUCT AND PYROLYSIS CHARACTERISTICS OF MARINE ALGA WITH HIGH ASH CONTENT

摘  要:对高含灰海藻进行水洗和酸洗预处理,比较了预处理前后海藻的基本特性及在700℃时管式炉热解产物成份,并进行了动力学特性分析。结果表明:高含灰海藻酸处理后,含灰量由34.9%降为12.4%,有机挥发份从56%升为64%,热值由8.89MJ/kg上升为17.65MJ/kg;高含灰量对海藻热解有明显影响作用,处理前海藻有机物有两次降解峰,而水洗和酸洗后海藻在500℃以下几乎降解完全;海藻在700℃时,热解产气率(87mL/g)低,焦油含量少(15%),经水洗和酸洗后的原料产气率高(195mL/kg),焦油得率36%;通过建立热解动力学模型,得到了原料的活化能E和频率因子。High-ash-containing algae pretveated by water-washed and acid-washed, and the basic characteristics of these three material before and after treatment were analyzed, and their pyrolysis characteristics were compared. And at 700℃, the tube furnace pyrolysis product composition was conducted, and the dynamics analysis was done. The results showed that after acid-washing a high ash content alga, ash content fell down from 34.9% to 12.4%, organic volatile is up from 56% to 64%, the calorific value increased from 8.89MJ/kg to 17.65MJ/kg; The high-ash amount of algae would signifi- cantly affect pyrolysis activity. Material with pretreatment has two degradation peaks. However, material after waterwashing and acid washing treatment were almost completely degraded tmder 500℃;at 700℃, for material without treatment, pyrolysis gas production rate (87mL/g) was low, tar content is only 15%. But for material with water-washing and acid-washing treatment, gas production is high (195mL/kg), the tar yield is 36%. through the establishment of a dynamic model of pyrolysis, activation energy E and the frequency factor were obtained.
