摘　　要：基于社会发展的需要,创建学习型校园已成为高等学校的发展趋势。创建学习型校园是贯彻党的十七大精神,适应知识经济时代,提升高校教育质量的必然要求。创建学习型校园的基本方略是塑造学校精神,健全规章制度,培育良好习惯。创建学习型校园的学工责任是加强学生入学教育,注重学生的学术指导,关心学生社团活动。Based on the requirements of social development,constructing self-study oriented campus has become a trend for colleges and universities.Constructing self-study oriented campuses is the inevitable requirements of implementing 17th CPC National People＇s Congress,adjusting to knowledge economy era,and improving the quality of higher education.The fundamental strategy of constructing self-study oriented campus is to form colleges＇ spirits,perfect regulations and rules,and cultivate better studying habits.The major work of student affairs management in constructing self-study oriented campus is to enhance the enrollment education,focus on students＇ academic study guidance,and care for students＇ social league activities.
