摘  要:烟气轮机是催化裂化装置的核心设备之一,其实际回收功率为各方所关注。这就需要做到便捷、准确地测量烟气轮机的回收功率,并可以在DCS上或机组控制系统上实时监测。KOP-FLEX公司的非接触式在线监测扭力计可以满足这些要求,其思路是将联轴器与扭力计做成一个整体,通过非接触式探头,检测联轴器中间节在传动过程中的扭转位移量和转速,计算出联轴器上传递的扭矩,进而计算出实际的功率值并予以显示。设计选用过程中应考虑安全性、力学模型分析、联轴器护罩应采用铸铝而不能采用钢板焊接、显示单元与DCS或机组控制系统的通讯联系、机组的安装找正对精度的影响、机组各单机定位时的轴端距离确定等问题。非接触式在线监测扭力计能够与机组其他监测仪表构成完整的监控体系,可进行新建烟气轮机性能标定、日常烟气轮机回收功率监视及突发事故的监测等。The flue gas turbine is a key component of a fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) and its actual output power is the focus of attention.It is thus necessary to easily and accurately measure the output power of a flue gas turbine and realize realtime monitoring from DCS or the control system of the turbine unit. KOP-FLEX's non-contact inline torque monitoring meter meets all these requiremen integrate with the coupling and to measure torque deflection on the coupling spacer via non-contact sensors.The torque transmitted on the coupling is then calculated use this datum to calculate the actual output power and display it.Things to keep ts.The tool is designed to as well as rotating speed and the meter will then in mind in applying this tool include security,mechanical model analysis,the obligatory use of cast aluminum in making the cover of the coupling instead of steel plate welding,the communications between the display unit and DCS or the unit control system,the influence of installation alignment on accuracy and the determination of the distance be- tween shaft ends when positioning each component of the unit.The non-contact inline torque meter and other meters of the unit can form a complete monitoring system,which can be used to calibrate the performance of new flue gas turbines and monitor the output power of a flue gas turbine on a routine basis as well as dur- ing an emergency.
