高校人文社科外文电子资源的布局与保障研究

摘　　要：通过分析国外电子资源的出版状况、发展趋势和对国外一流大学电子资源收藏情况的调研以及对国内外大学电子资源建设状况的比较,初步提出一些关于高校人文社科外文电子资源保障的措施及策略。如加大资金投入和使用效益;参照六校核心目录,结合用户调查和专家推荐的方式加强评估,逐个引进;重视永久使用权和电子资源长期保存等。This paper analyzes the current status and development trend of electronic resources publication in the world. An investigation on the electronic resources collections of overseas well-known universities is also conducted. By comparing electronic resources construction status of the domestic and foreign universities, the paper proposes some strategies about guarantee system construction of western language electronic resources for social sciences and humanities in Chinese universities, such as expanding money input, promoting resource evaluation and attaching importance to the long-term preservation of electronic resources.
