影响图书馆隐性知识转移的因素及分析

摘　　要：介绍图书馆隐性知识及图书馆个体隐性知识和集体隐性知识的涵义,并论述图书馆个体隐性知识和集体隐性知识的积累、转移过程。运用现代博弈论来理解馆员不可能自觉地进行隐性知识转移的行为。通过分析参与转移的馆员素质及馆员对隐性知识转移的认识和图书馆运作的体制和机制等方面,探讨影响图书馆隐性知识积累与转移的主要因素。The content of tacit knowledge of library, individual and collectivity and its transfer process are introduced in this paper. Discusses transfer process of the tacit knowledge of library and individual and collective, uses modem game theory to understand why the librarians can not be conscientiously carried out the actions for tacit knowledge transfer. By analyzing the diathesis of the librarians who participate in tacit knowledge transfer and librarians＇ cognition for tacit knowledge transfer and the operation of the institutions and mechanisms which library adopts and so on, discusses the main factors which impact tacit knowledge accumulation and transfer of tacit knowledge of library.
