摘　　要：从图书馆联盟的文献资源共享收益、用户服务共享收益、管理资源共享收益、设备资源共享收益、人力资源共享收益5个方面对联盟绩效评估诸要素进行分析,并从联盟本身、成员馆两个方面对图书馆联盟的绩效评估指标体系进行架构,提出联盟绩效评估过程中需要注意的几个问题。This paper analyzes the five aspects of the performance evaluation factors of the library consortia in China, which include the literature resources sharing of the library consortia, service sharing, management resource sharing, the equipment resource sharing, and human resource sharing, and constructs the evaluation index system of the library consortia based on the league itself and the members of the library consortia. Finally, it ponders a few questions which should be noted during the performance evaluation.
