罗布麻花、果实黄酮类含量为最佳采收期的确定

摘　　要：为确定不同时期罗布麻花、果实中黄酮类化合物的含量,采用索氏提取法对吉林省左家地区不同时期罗布麻花、果实中黄酮类化合物的含量进行了测定。结果表明:7月上旬罗布麻花中黄酮类化合物含量最高,9月中旬果实中黄酮类化合物的含量最高。To determine flavonoids content in flowers and fruit of Apocynum venetumat different time,using chemical extraction method,the reasonable chemical reagents in flowers and fruit of venetum flavonoids were tested in Jilin Zuojia in different periods.In early July flavonoids content is the highest in flowers,and in late September flavonoids content is the highest in fruit.
