神经生长因子受体TrkA在母牛性腺及性腺外生殖器官中的表达研究

摘　　要：采用FQ-PCR方法和Western Blot技术对成年母牛卵泡期和黄体期的子宫、卵巢、输卵管中TrkAmR-NA和蛋白表达进行检测,旨在探讨TrkA在母牛卵泡期和黄体期子宫、卵巢、输卵管3种组织中的表达情况。结果表明:TrkA mRNA和蛋白在卵泡期和黄体期的子宫、卵巢、输卵管中均有表达,且卵泡期输卵管中TrkAmRNA表达量极显著高于卵泡期卵巢和黄体期卵巢(P<0.01),其他组织间无显著性差异。The expression of TrkA mRNA and TrkA protein in ovary,oviduct and uterus from luteal phase and follicular phase ovary of cattle were studied by FQ-PCR technique and western blot.The results showed that the mRNA and protein of TrkA was present in ovary,oviduct and uterus both from luteal phase and follicular phase ovary.The amount of TrkA mRNA in oviduct from follicular phase ovary was significantly higher than ovary from follicular phase ovary and ovary from luteal phase ovary（P0.01）and the expression level of TrkA mRNA in other tissues was not significantly different.
