摘　　要：目的总结探讨跟骨骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法 92例跟骨骨折中,关节外骨折8例、关节内骨折84例,关节内骨折按sanders分型,Ⅱ型27例,Ⅲ型41例,Ⅳ16例。分别对其进行保守治疗;闭合穿针,撬拨复位;手术切开复位3种治疗方法。结果经1～3年对88例进行术后随访,临床评价结果按Maryland足部评分标准,优50例,良24例,一般10例,差4例,优良率84.1%(74/88)。结论骨折类型及不同治疗方法对预后有直接影响,损伤越重,则疗效越差。Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques and treatment of ealcaneus fractures. Methods 92 cases of calcaneal fractures include 8 cases of extra-articular fraeture, 84 cases of intra-articular fracture. According to Sanders classfication,27 cases were accouned for type II ,41 cases for type III , 16 eases for type IV. Three kinds of treatment were adopted,conservative treatment ;closed needle, poking reduction; surgical treatment of open reduction Results Follow-up 1-3 years,The clinical resuhs were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score,50 eases were excellent and good in 24 cases,10 cases in general,poor in 4 cases,excellent and good rate was 84.1% （74/88）. Conclusion Fracture type and different treatment methods has a direct impact on the prognosis,the more serious the injury,the worse the effect.
