性别、年龄、肥胖、心衰等因素对桡动脉采血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨性别、年龄、肥胖、心衰等因素对桡动脉采血的影响。方法 596例呼吸科患者,男270例,女326例,年龄26～84岁,经桡动脉采血650次。根据患者的不同情况分为男、女性组,青、中、老年组,心衰、非心衰组,肥胖、非肥胖组。统计各组群经桡动脉采血的成功率,比较各相应组群间采血成功率的差异。结果男性组成功率高于女性组;青年组成功率高于中、老年组;心衰组成功率低于非心衰组;上述各组群间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肥胖组成功率与非肥胖组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);结论患者性别、年龄、心衰等因素均可影响桡动脉采血成功率,但肥胖因素并不影响桡动脉采血成功率。Objective To discuss the effect of factor of sufferer＇s sex,years,fatness,heart failure on successful ratio（SR ） of plucking blood by artery radialis （AR）. Methods 596 patients in department of Breath,270 men and 326 women , 26-84 years old,were plucked blood. 650 patients were plucked blood by AR. All patients were divided into different groups on the basis of their different condition：male,female group;younger,middle,eider group; heart failure,no heart failure group;fatness,no fatness group. To compare the difference of the SR of plucking blood between 2 groups by calculating the SR of plucking blood in every group by AR. Results The SR in male group was higher than female group;The one in younger group was higher than middle-aged and older group;The one in heart failure group was lower than no heart failure group;there are the statistical signifwatinn to compare between the groups（P〈0.01 ）. The one in falness group was not different from no fatness group（P〉0.01 ）. Conclusion Sufferer＇s ,sex,years, heart failure and so on may influence successful ratio（ SR ）of plucking blood,but fatness factor does not influence the SR of plucking blood by AR.
