医院感染管理队伍专业构成的思考与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨医院感染管理队伍的专业构成。方法对医院感染管理专职人员从事各专业的现状和问题进行分析。结果医院感染管理队伍专职人员的专业构成不合理,缺乏有处理感染性疾病工作经验的临床专业人员,专业领域有待拓展。结论医院感染管理队伍需要涉及临床医学、护理学、消毒学、流行病学、药理学等各专业领域的医务人员。OBJECTIVE To study the nosocomial in a professional management team composition. METHODS The nosoeomail infection management professional staff engaged in the professional statns and problems were analyzed. RESULTS The composition of nosocomail infection management team full-time staff of professional was unreasonable, the lack of experience in dealing with infectious diseases, clinical professionals, the professional fiels needed to be expanded. CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection management team need to address the clinical treatment, nursing, disinfection, epidemiology, pharmacology and other fields of medical personnel.
