摘　　要：结合陕西华山化工集团有限公司复肥厂的生产,分析将磷酸一铵(MAP)装置的酸性料浆送至磷酸二铵(DAP)装置联产颗粒状DAP产品的可行性,阐述联产试验和生产运行的技改方案、生产操作要点、运行效果和经济效益。DAPw(总养分)可控制在60%～60.5%,DAP增产率达30%,2008年直接效益达3000万元。Based on the actual production of compound fertilizer plant in Shaanxi Huashan Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd, the feasibility of co-production of granular DAP is analyzed through transportation of MAP acidic slurry from MAP unit to DAP unit, the co-production test, revamping scheme, operation points, operation effect and economic benefit are discussed. The total nutrients of DAP can be controlled in 60%- 60.5%, the increasing rate is 30%, the direct economic benefit is 30 million RMB Yuan in 2008.
