摘 要:目的了解医院感染的基本情况,为改进监控措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法 ,床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合,填写统一的个案调查表,对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果实查483例,发生医院感染26例,现患率为5.38%,感染32例次,例次感染率为6.63%;下呼吸道感染居首位,占所有感染部位的46.88%,其次为泌尿道感染,占所有感染部位的28.12%;全院治疗性细菌培养送检率为86.70%,检出医院感染病原菌8株,分别为链球菌属、变形菌属、肠杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌等;抗菌药物的日使用率为29.40%。结论通过对医院现患率的调查,将加强对综合ICU、干部病房及神经内科等重点科室、重点环节的监控,降低医院感染率,提高病原菌送检率,正确、合理使用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation'of nosocomial infection, to provide the basis for improved monitoring measures. METHODS Using cross-sectional survey method, the combined survey and inspection of bedside patient history were used to fill in the case investigation form. The investigation on the infection status of patients in hospital were analyzed. RESULTS 483 cases were checked, 26 cases of nosocomial infection, the prevalence rate of 5.38%, 32 cases of infected patients infection, the infection rate was 6.63% ; lower respiratory infections ranked first, accounted for 46.88% of all the infections, followed by urinary tract infection, accounted for 28.12% of all the infections. The whole hospital antibiotic treatment of bacterial culture detection rate was 86.7%, 8 cases of nosocomial infection were detected (streptococci, Proteus, and other pathogens, Enterobacteriaceae, P. aeruginosa respectively). Antibacterial drug usage rate was 29.4%. CONCLUSIONS The hospital prevalence survey will enhance the comprehensive ICU, cadres and neurology wards and other key departments, the highlights of the monitoring, and will reduce hospital infection rates, improve the detection rate of bacteria, use antimicrobial agents correctly and rationally.
