摘　　要：目的实现与HIS系统全面接轨,对信息资料实施自动采集、储存和统计功能,实现医院感染网络化监控和管理。方法采用ORACLE数据库、PB及VISUAL STUDIO开发平台,支持WINDOWS XP/LINUX和ICD-10/CM 3等操作系统,与HIS系统全面整合的网络版信息化系统。结果实现了信息的采集、储存与传输应用手段的自动化,信息综合分类与加工处理方式的集约化,解决了单机系统资料不能共享的问题。结论为获取医院感染相关信息提供了直接而完整的数据,从宏观和微观两个方面提高了感染管理层次,增加了管理深度,提高医院感染管理水平。OBJECTIVE To achieve the full integration with the HIS system, implementing the functions of information collection automation, storage and statistics, to achieve the networking supervision and management in hospital infection. METHODS ORACLE9I database, PB and VISUAL STUDIO development platform, supportive WINDOWS XP/LINUX and ICD-10/CM3 other operating systems were fully integrated with the HIS system, to achieved, provides ine version of information system. RESULTS Information collection, storage and automation of applications methods, intensification of information processing and integrated classification were and the problem that the resource couldn＇t be shared in a single system was settled. CONCLUSIONS It direct and complete data to get the relevant information of hospital infection, and has improv the management level of infection from both the macro and micro aspect and increased the depth of management and improving hospital infection management level.
