摘　　要：目的为了提高血液透析中心(室)管理内涵质量,降低血液透析患者血源性疾病感染率。方法寻找医院血液透析中心(室)安全隐患,总结血液透析中心(室)管理中存在的问题,制定切实有效的管理策略。结果医院血液透析中心(室)在布局、工作流程、一次性使用透析用具、患者管理等存在一系列安全隐患。结论通过问题思考现行管理模式是否合适,及时查漏补缺,不断完善血液透析中心(室)管理,提高血液透析患者的生存质量,确保医疗安全。OBJECTIVE In order to improve the quality of the management contents on hemodialysis and to decrease the infection rates of the hemodialysis patients with the blood borne diseases. METHODS The security risks of the hemodialysis center in the hospital were searched to summarize the problems existing in the management on the hemodialysis center and then the practical and effective management strategies were formulated. RESULTS There were a series of security risks in the layout, workflow, single-use dialysis equipments and management of the patients. CONCLUSIONS To think over whether the current management mode is suitable, or check and the leak, replenish constantly improve the management quality of the hemodialysis center and increase the quality of life of the hemodialysis patients can ensure the medical safety.
