摘　　要：目的提高新生儿病室医院感染管理意识,控制新生儿医院感染发生率。方法对15所二级以上医院新生儿病室医院感染管理现状进行调查分析,找出存在问题,提出管理对策。结果新生儿病室医院感染管理普遍存在各级人员重视程度不够,建筑布局及功能流程与医院感染管理要求不相符,医务人员医院感染知识陈旧,手卫生意识淡薄,消毒隔离意识不强,规章制度流于形式无可操作性,三级网络不健全或作用未发挥。结论完善新生儿病室布局流程,加强培训,发挥三级网络作用,结合医院特点制定切实可行的消毒隔离措施并加以落实与管理等,对新生儿病室医院感染预防具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To Improve management awareness of nosocomial infections in neonate wards and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS Current situation in management of nosocomial infections neonatal wards from 15 hospitals more than levels Ⅱ were investigated, and problems were identified, also proposing management strategies. RESULTS The following common issues in management of nosocomial infections currently existed in neonate wards： less attention from all level staff, unreasonable building layout and the functional processes, outdated medical knowledge of management of nosocomial infections, weak awareness of hand hygiene, low awareness of disinfection and isolation, lack of operational rules and regulations, imperfect three-level network systems. CONCLUSIONS In order to prevent and control nosocomial infection in neonatal wards, improving the neonatal ward layout and process, enhancing the training for medical staff, giving full play to the role of three-tier network,developing practical disinfection and isolation measures according to the hospital of their own characteristics, implementing strictly hand hygiene system, and strengthening supervision and examination are very important.
