摘　　要：作为"经济联合国"和"全球贸易战风暴眼",WTO规制特别是其争端解决机制对南北关系的影响是很大的。南方国家有得也有失。作为最大的、地位比较特殊的发展中国家,中国在WTO框架内应采取有效的对策,以趋利避害,扬长避短,维护国家利益。The regulations and institutions of the WTO——the ＂economic United Nations＂,especially its dispute-solving mechanism,have a considerable influence on North-south relations.There are gains and losses for the Southern countries.As the biggest developing country which occupies a special position in the world,China should take effective measures under the framework of the WTO to exploit favourable conditions,avoid unfavourable ones and defend our national interests.
